Q:What is the eligibility period for refund? A: On most of our products 10 days are given to you in case you need a refund. A reason is required to be filled there.
Q: What is the warranty period of a product? A: You can find the warranty period of our product already displayed on the listing webpage of our product.
Q: What is the process of replacement on a particular product? A: You just have to call at our support number 8506002222 to get your issue registered with us and send your product at our service center via courier service.
Q:How long will it take to repair/replace my product? A: We strive to have your product repaired/replace and returned within 2 to 3 Business Days from the time we receive it. Factors such as availability, repair times and shipping issues may affect the time frame for returning
Q: Can I use any carrier to ship my product for sending to your center? A: You can choose any carrier, however we do recommend a tractable carrier only.
Q:Under what conditions my product will be replaced? A: If your product has stop working due to manufacturing defects it will be Repaired/replace with a new one under warranty period and not by if there is any misuse or an accidental damage.
